How to Use?

Step 1 — Prepare the Tray
Fill a clean growing tray with cocopeat or another suitable growing medium and moisten it evenly.

Step 2 — Soak the Seeds
Soak the fenugreek seeds for around 4–6 hours, then drain well.

Step 3 — Sow
Spread the seeds evenly across the surface. Gently press them into the growing medium.

Step 4 — Cover & Germinate
Mist lightly, cover the tray and keep it in a warm, well-ventilated spot for 2–3 days while the seeds germinate.

Step 5 — Give Light
Once the sprouts appear, uncover the tray and place it where the microgreens receive good natural light.

Keep the growing medium moist but avoid excess water. Gentle misting or bottom watering can help prevent the growing medium from becoming waterlogged.

Your fenugreek microgreens should be ready in approximately 7–10 days, when the greens are tender and well developed.
