Refund policy

You can choose to return the product(s) you have purchased, we accept returns on unused or unopened products within 72 hours of delivery. In case any product is opened or used and not approved by our quality check return team; we won’t be issuing a refund back to you. Go to Orders section in “My Account” and choose the product(s) you would like to return within the 72 hours’ time frame.

In some cases, products sometimes get delivered in damaged condition, please get in touch with our customer support team at hello@bombayseeds.com and share pictures as well as videos for better understanding and we will support you in replacing a new product.

Please make sure that the product you are returning is securely in it’s original packing to ensure safe transit and has all the original product accessories, manuals and any other items that came with the product(s).

Once we receive the returned product, we will process a replacement or initiate a refund to your original payment source, as per your preference. Please note that the product should be in unused and undamaged condition for a successful return. If you have any further questions or need assistance with the return process, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team. Refund of your amount will take 7 to 12 working days upon inspection and approval from the quality check team.
