How to Grow Microgreens?

From a tiny seed to a supercharged meal.
No gardening experience needed. Just follow four simple steps and you'll be harvesting fresh microgreens in less than two weeks.

  • Place cocopeat in a tray. Pour water and let it expand fully. Spread it evenly across the tray.
  • Sprinkle microgreen seeds evenly on the surface. Cover lightly with a thin layer of cocopeat.
  • Cover the tray with paper or cloth. Keep it in a dark place. Mist daily to keep moisture.
  • Once seedlings start popping out, remove the cover. Ensure good ventilation. Mist daily.
  • Harvest fresh microgreens in 7-10 days and enjoy!
