How to Use?

1. Prepare the tray
Fill a clean microgreen tray with cocopeat or a suitable growing medium and moisten it evenly.

2. Sow the seeds
Spread the Swiss Chard seeds evenly across the surface. Avoid overcrowding.

3. Mist gently
Spray with water to keep the seeds and growing medium evenly moist.

4. Cover & germinate
Cover the tray for around 2–3 days to help maintain moisture during germination.

5. Give them light
Once germinated, uncover the tray and place it where the microgreens receive good indirect light and fresh airflow.

6. Keep moisture balanced
Water gently whenever needed. Avoid keeping the growing medium excessively wet, as good drainage and airflow help reduce moisture-related problems.

7. Watch them grow
Within about 7–10 days, the stems become colourful and the leaves open up.

Cut the microgreens just above the growing medium with clean scissors when they reach the desired stage.
