How to Harvest?

When the microgreens are around 2–3 inches tall and have developed healthy green leaves, they're ready to harvest.

1) Use clean, sharp scissors.
2) Hold the microgreens gently.
3) Cut just above the growing medium.
4) Harvest only what you need for immediate use.
5) For the freshest texture, use soon after harvesting.

Radish microgreens are generally harvested by cutting the young shoots above the growing medium rather than pulling the entire plant.
