How to Grow Swiss Chard Microgreens

1. Fill a tray with cocopeat or growing medium.

2. Spread soaked seeds evenly across the surface.

3. Lightly press and mist with water.

4. Cover for 2–3 days for germination.

5. Keep in indirect sunlight and water gently.

6. Harvest in 7–10 days when stems are colorful and leaves are fully opened.
